Candidates who worked in a virtual team or who are used to working from home will have more advantage when it comes to CV screening. It’s connected closely with the ability to work and deliver without supervision, the ability to utilise technology and means of virtual communication to reach out to stay connected and get things done. To catch the employers’ attention, candidates must demonstrate the ability to assure focus, productivity and engagement.
